Beckham Jr, Giants agree record contract deal: reports

The New York Giants and Odell Beckham Jr. have agreed a new five-year contract extension which will see the charismatic 25-year-old become the highest-paid wide receiver in the National Football League, reports said Monday. Beckham, a three-time Pro Bowler renowned for pulling off improbable catches, could earn up to $95 million over the course of his new deal, with $65 million in guaranteed pay. Beckham's new contract comfortably surpasses the $17 million per season being paid by the Pittsburgh Steelers to Antonio Brown, and his guaranteed earnings easily eclipse the $55 million being earned by Tampa Bay receiver Mike Evans.
