Houston RB Miller, WRs Fuller, Coutee active against Cowboys

HOUSTON (AP) -- Houston Texans running back Lamar Miller and receivers Will Fuller and Keke Coutee are all active against the Dallas Cowboys despite dealing with injuries.
Miller dealt with a chest injury this week and Fuller and Coutee had hamstring
