Cowboys betting heavily on 2025 personnel changes to pay off

The Cowboys are really depending on what they did this offseason to pay off soon.

Roster turnover year in and year out is part of the game in the NFL and the teams to best navigate this are also the ones who seem to be the most successful. The Dallas Cowboys have been more active than normal this offseason trying to upgrade their roster, signing free agents and making trades to help supplement their incoming rookie draft class. But, have they done enough?

That's unfortunately a question we have no answer to and won't until the completion of the 2025 NFL season. What we do know right now though is the Cowboys will be relying heavily on a lot of the new faces they've added this offseason, betting things work out for the better.

Today, we look at some of the more important personnel changes the Cowboys have made and how their play could be the difference between the season being a success or failure.
