Tony Romo, Emmitt Smith play round of golf with Barack Obama, former Dallas mayor over Masters weekend

The weekend of the Masters is always one of the biggest weekends of the year in the golf world.

But for local fans in North Texas, a golf course in Dallas graced a collection of golfers over the weekend that could have rivaled those in Augusta -- as far as their fame is concerned, anyway.

This group included former Dallas Cowboys greats Emmitt Smith, Tony Romo, former U.S. president Barack Obama, and former Dallas mayor Ron Kirk.

"Great weekend of golf with 44, Tony Romo and Ron Kirk!! Plus a Tiger Win at @themasters!" Smith wrote in his Instagram post.

While three of the four competitors may have been playing for fun, quarterback-turned-announcer (and part-time golfer) Romo was probably playing to stay sharp as he has his own PGA event to participate in soon.
