Will 'favorable' Rams matchup end Cowboys' NFC title game drought?

Matt Mosley, special contributor to SportsDayDFW.com, answered your questions during a live chat Friday. Here are some of the highlights.

Q: Do you think there will be more Cowboys fans than Rams fans inside the Coliseum?

Mosley: I think it will be pretty even. That's a big reason this is the more favorable matchup for the Cowboys. They can feed off a "road" crowd. It's almost a little embarrassing for the Rams to have this situation, but it's part of the transition into this market. Cowboys fans have always shown up in a big way on the West Coast. I think the crowd could play a significant role in this game. If nothing else, it won't be crazy loud when the Cowboys are on offense. That is quite helpful to Dak Prescott, I would think.

Q: Is this the weekend Dallas breaks its own NFC championship game glass ceiling?

Mosley: Hey, it's a great opportunity. Sean McVay may be the flavor of the month in the NFL...but he hasn't won a playoff game yet. I'm close to picking the Cowboys to win this thing. Oh what the heck, I have the Cowboys winning this one 27-24. It will be fun, no matter the outcome.
